Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AI Hub, a platform that provides access to supported artificial intelligence models and developer services through a unified API.
1. About AI Hub
AI Hub provides access to supported artificial intelligence models and developer services through a unified platform and API.
Users may use AI Hub for:
- software development
- learning
- academic projects
- Final Year Projects
- hackathons
- prototyping
- AI application development
- other lawful purposes
AI Hub is a gateway/platform and does not itself own all underlying AI models available through the service. Some AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers.
2. Your Account
Users are responsible for:
- keeping login credentials secure
- keeping AI Hub API keys secure
- activity performed using their account/API keys
- providing accurate account information
Users must not share their private AI Hub API key publicly. AI Hub may suspend compromised API keys to protect the user and platform.
Free accounts may be deactivated only after 90 days without a web sign-in and 90 days without API usage. An account that continues to use the API stays active even if no one signs in to the dashboard. This includes accounts whose paid package has lapsed and returned to the free tier.
Deactivation suspends access; it does not delete the account, payment history, usage history or referral records.
An account deactivated for inactivity, or never activated because email verification or payment was not completed, may be restored by registering again with the same email address. Accounts deliberately disabled by an administrator or through a domain closure cannot be restored this way. Any unused token allowance and group access are not restored.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not use AI Hub to:
- violate applicable laws
- infringe intellectual property or third-party rights
- compromise or attack systems
- bypass platform security controls
- abuse rate limits
- attempt unauthorized access
- resell or distribute credentials without permission
- use AI Hub in violation of applicable upstream AI provider policies
4. AI Generated Content
AI generated responses may be:
- inaccurate
- incomplete
- outdated
- misleading
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.
AI-generated content should not automatically be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, safety or other regulated advice.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
AI Hub may route requests to third-party AI providers. Use of specific models may therefore also be subject to applicable provider terms, usage policies and restrictions.
Provider availability may change over time. See our AI Providers & Data Routing page for details.
6. Credits and Usage
AI Hub operates using prepaid credits/tokens or other usage-based billing mechanisms.
Actual consumption may vary depending on:
- selected model
- input tokens
- output tokens
- model multiplier
- provider pricing
- other clearly disclosed usage calculations
Users should monitor usage through their dashboard.
7. Service Availability
AI Hub does not guarantee that every model will always be available.
Individual providers may experience:
- downtime
- maintenance
- rate limits
- model retirement
- model replacement
- regional restrictions
AI Hub may temporarily disable a model when required for reliability, security, compliance or upstream provider reasons.
8. Suspension
AI Hub may suspend an account or API key for:
- abuse
- fraud
- security threats
- illegal activity
- payment abuse
- violation of these Terms
- violation of applicable upstream provider policies
Where reasonably possible, users should be informed of significant account actions.
9. Changes
AI Hub may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material updates should have a revised "Last Updated" date.
