Yes. AI Hub is a drop-in replacement for the Anthropic API, so Claude Code can use any model you have access to through one hub key — including Kimi, DeepSeek, GLM and MiMo — by pointing ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL to AI Hub.
How do I set up Claude Code in Malaysia?
Set ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL to https://ai-hub.my and ANTHROPIC_API_KEY to your AI Hub key, then run Claude Code as usual. You pay in Ringgit Malaysia with no monthly subscription.
Is AI Hub a pay-as-you-go alternative to ChatGPT or Claude subscriptions?

Is there a free AI API to try?

Is there a DeepSeek API in Malaysia?
Yes. AI Hub offers DeepSeek V4.1 Flash and DeepSeek V4 Pro through one API key, priced and paid in Ringgit Malaysia. You do not need a separate DeepSeek account or a USD balance.
Can I use AI Hub for my FYP (final year project)?
Yes. AI Hub is built for students: one key works with AI coding tools like Claude Code and OpenCode for writing, debugging and documenting your FYP code, and packages start from RM6 so an FYP (projek tahun akhir) does not need a monthly subscription. Follow your university's academic integrity rules when you use AI in assessed work.
Is AI Hub compatible with the OpenAI SDK?
Yes. Set the base URL to https://ai-hub.my/v1 and use your AI Hub key as the API key. The official OpenAI SDKs for Python and JavaScript then work unchanged, and the Anthropic SDK works with the base URL https://ai-hub.my.
Can I pay for an AI API in Ringgit Malaysia?
Yes. Every AI Hub package is priced in Ringgit (RM) and paid once at checkout, with no USD billing and no recurring monthly charge. The payment methods available to you are shown on the checkout page.
Can I use my AI Hub API key with Cline, Continue or other VS Code tools?
Yes. Any tool that lets you set a custom OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic-compatible base URL and API key can use AI Hub, including Cline, Continue, Kilo Code, OpenCode and Claude Code. Setup steps are in the API docs.
